Now a fresh remix from Ibiza knockout Andrea Oliva updates the classic for 2023 audiences; a rapid, persistent bass drills underneath the busy, acidic textures to create a club-ready cut bursting with energy. Accompanying the release is a remix from one of Amsterdam's finest techno producers, 2000 And One's Lo-Motion Funk Mix evens out the tempo, allowing the funk elements to come to the fore. I very much enjoy curating compilations because they're so much closer to albums or mixes, more diversity in sound than most EPs allow for. Had planned a VA compilation every year. Last year was busy with EPs so we never found the right time to drop it. This year there'll be two.
