Treating flamenco as high stakes sport with its sunglasses wearing, fedora tipping, toothpick chewing lyrics, 'Me Encanta' is hot from the centre of the town square with Garcia as funky house matador. Glam and gladiatorial, Garcia's hypnotic bassline groove played with a game face but landing like a cannonball off the top board, is iced by horn stabs tiptoeing around the boundary. The silvery, clip-clopping guitar licks of 'Muevelo Bien' flicker and glisten on the surface of the pool and cool down the mood in an instant. Sprinkled with excited chatter that can't move that steady hand from his groove or budge Garcia from his karmic position, this one excels as a serving of chilled house whose suaveness lies in one subtle, simple flick of the wrist. A wild clash of old skool samples bump heads on the hot sun stepper 'Soyendo', like two neighbouring dancefloors wandering onto one another. Garcia's Latin stardust, with heartily chanted lingo and magic carpet horns on parade persuasively pulling the party in its direction, is one all holidaymakers should bring home with them as a souvenir. Sun's out? Go for Garcia.
