As darkness falls, Round Of Night Vol. 5 rises. Compiled by DJ Hatta, this new chapter in Grasshopper Record’s V/A series explores the full spectrum of modern, serious middle-groove sound. Once again, Hatta delivers a powerful selection of cutting-edge music that defines the label’s signature style. Each track pulses with character and precision, reflecting the evolution of Psytrance while honouring its roots in the Japanese underground. Featuring both global names and homegrown heroes, Round Of Night Vol. 5 achieves a perfect balance of power, melody and atmosphere. A true testament to Hatta’s vision and Grasshopper Record’s continued dedication to pushing boundaries. Built for the dance floor, tested at festivals and crafted with passion. Into the night we go.

Shamanic Tales is proud to present the first in our new series of Shamanic Sonic Journeys through our catalog. When people ask what genre of music we release, we say the answer is in the label name: as long as it is shamanic and tells a tale, it belongs here. Genres, styles, formulas, and expectations do not interest us. In this series, we dive deep into our catalog to weave a long sonic tale, a continuous shamanic exploration of sound. As our music is aimed to be a tool for a spiritual experience on the dancefloor, echoing similar traditions throughout human history, each journey will be named after a Shaman or spiritual figure from indigenous cultures. These leaders guided their people through consciousness-expanding rituals, just as we aim to do with music. This first volume is titled 'Onánya,' named after the spiritual healers of the Shipibo-Konibo people of the Peruvian Amazon. Compiled by label manager Shahar, it traverses a wide spectrum of styles and moods. Volume up, close your eyes, open your mind, and see you on the other side!
